Delivery times
Our products are made to order however we may have the items you want already made up. If this is the case, your order will be with you within a week (UK only).
If we don’t have your requested item(s) already made, once you place an order, we will aim to make your order and deliver it to you within 2 weeks for UK orders, 3 weeks for international orders.
For larger orders or in the run up to Christmas, it may take up to 2 weeks. In most cases, you will receive your order quicker but of course it does also depend on how many orders we have received and are in the process of making.
Postage costs – United Kingdom
Postage to addresses in the U.K. will be always be Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. Royal Mail state on their website that it aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays, and will require a signature.
Please note: Postage can only be calculated on the ‘Checkout’ page once you have added an address of where you would like your order sent. We will send you an email to confirm your Royal Mail Tracking number as soon as we have posted your order. We are not responsible for delivery times once we have posted your item however please leave it 3 days (from receiving the tracking number) before contacting us in case there is a delay with Royal Mail.

– More than ten hangers for any order will require double the postage cost which we will need to add on once the order has been made.
URGENT DELIVERIES TO THE UK
If you need an order urgently, we can prioritise to the top of the queue for an additional fee of £8 (UK & Northern Ireland only) and add next day delivery postage which we will calculate separately once we have your order details.

Postage costs – International
We ship worldwide! The website is currently set up for automatic international deliveries to The Republic of Ireland, Europe, Australia and the USA.
if you are outside of these areas and you don’t see a delivery cost on the checkout page, please contact us and we will get back to you with the delivery cost based on your location and the items you wish to order. We will respond within 24 hours.
We use ParcelForce or a similar courier company for safe and secure transport of your order.
