Refunds Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch using the contact us form and we can discuss your options. You may be entitled to a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same price. 

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that must still be sealed.

Items for return must be returned within 14 days and at your own cost. 

Please note: Due to the current pandemic and for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for the following:

— face coverings (face masks)
— hair scrunchies
— ladies handkerchiefs (hankies)
— men’s pocket squares

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
— Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
— Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal or debit/credit card bank account. It may take some time before your refund shows. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@flaxandmallow.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@flaxandmallow.com. 

Gifts

If the item was sent as a gift but is not suitable, please ask them to get in touch to return the item to us and you will receive a full refund. 

Return Postage

To return your item, please get in touch with us for the return address. You are responsible for paying for the return postage costs. Original postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original postage will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a tracking service provided by Royal Mail as we cannot accept liability if your item gets lost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for any damage occurred during the return of the item.
